He has held senior level positions at organizations such as Coca-Cola, Red Bull and Puratos. He has successfully led transformation changes, CPG teams, product innovation launches, and strategic global expansions and has been an integral part of the Company’s leadership since joining in 2018.
Jack Tasse
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Tasse is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and holds a Master of Accountancy in Tax Law from Brock University and joins the Company with over 20 years of experience including advising private and public companies across various industries, leading and managing financial operations and shared services, reporting to corporate boards and preparing companies for capital markets.
Tim Young
Senior Vice President & General Manager
Mr. Young is a senior management executive with extensive experience in world class global operations and supply chain optimization, mergers and acquisitions, strategic sourcing, business development, contract management and partner relations. He has successfully led teams with Molson-Coors as well as running smaller private companies within the North American market.
Rob Emery
Senior Director, Commercial Strategy
Mr. Emery is a seasoned executive in marketing, branding, and business development, with extensive experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry. He has held key positions at globally recognized companies like Molson Coors, Clorox, and Revlon, where he developed and executed high-impact strategies that drove brand growth and market share in highly competitive categories.

Mr. Holler is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Ponderosa Capital Inc., a capital advisory services firm to emerging technology companies. He has expertise in technology, healthcare, investment banking and venture capital and previously served as Chairman, Director & Chief Executive Officer on multiple TSX. TSX Venture and NASDAQ listed organizations, Mr. Holler was an Investment Banker with Merrill Lynch Canada and Wood Gundy Inc. (now CIBC World Markets).
John Barrett
Director
Mr. Barrett was previously a senior executive with Frito Lay and PepsiCo, and served as Chief Commercial Officer USA for Pernod Ricard. He is currently the owner and a principal consultant with Kites Advisors, a boutique consulting company that specializes in supporting early-stage consumer goods companies with total value chain strategic solutions. Mr. Barrett brings to Delivra his North American and international expertise in the consumer goods industry. Mr. Barrett has extensive experience with leading innovation, marketing, commercial, major customer acquisition, go-to-market strategies, transformation and over one billion dollars of profit and loss management responsibility.

Mr. Bednar is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 25 years of direct professional experience in the financial and regulatory management of companies listed on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, American Stock Exchange and Australia Stock Exchange. Mr. Bednar has been the CFO of several international oil and gas companies. In 2008, he was a founding director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Canacol Energy Ltd. and in 2015 he resigned from this position to become Canacol’s CFO.
